Meltdown Vintage Motorcycle Show

This Saturday from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm we play our first ever vintage motorcycle show at the Southern Appalachian Brewery!

Thank you, Shakori Hills!

Wow, Shakori Hills was super duper! Thanks to everyone who took the time to listen to us play. We had a rockin’ set with Dave Hartman on Friday, and on Saturday JasonĀ Ringenberg of Jason & the Scorchers sat in with us on the Scorchers hit, “Can’t Help Myself,” which was written by Tim Krekel. The weekend was full of sunshine, sweet people and great music.

Shakori Hills

We are looking forward to returning the the Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival of Music & Dance (near Chapel Hill) next week. We played the very first Shakori Hills, and several others after that, but it’s been a couple years since we’ve been back. As a special treat, Dave Hartman of Southern Culture on the Skids will be joining us for our set on the Grove Stage Friday at 6 pm. It’ll rock. However, if you love Krekel’s one-man-band drums, you can see/hear them during our set on Saturday afternoon in the Cabaret Tent. We’re looking forward to playing, visiting with friends, and to hearing some of the great music that will be there.
