What the Hell is Fragglepop?

Well, whaddya know – Mad Tea Party got #2 in the Mountain Xpress Best of WNC poll in the “Fragglepop” category, with #1 being “What the hell is Fragglepop?” Of course we don’t know what Fragglepop is either.
